Heads Up For Tails (HUFT) was born from a simple promise to Sara, founder Rashi Narang’s dog, when she couldn’t find products that were safe, comfortable, and made with the care pets deserve. Today, that promise has grown into a purpose-driven brand dedicated to nurturing the bond between pets and families through innovative products, services, and experiences. Terms and Conditions

The membership can be availed only by a Club ITC member recognised by ITC Hotels Limited under its loyalty programme.
Club ITC Green Points will be awarded on the net transaction amount (excluding taxes and applicable discounts).
This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offer(s).
Only valid Club ITC ID are eligible to earn Green Points under this partnership. Non-members cannot avail the benefit of earning Green Points. If a customer is not registered, they may enrol using the Club ITC Enrol Now link.
Green Points will be credited within 45 working days after the successful transaction on the website.
Eligible users must make online purchases only through the HUFT website or Offline stores as mentioned.
Points cannot be awarded if the member’s Club ITC ID is not provided along with HUFT transaction invoice within 3 days from the date of order placed on email id - citcsupport@itchotels.com
All transactions are processed and managed solely by HUFT.
The Eligible User acknowledges that ITCHL acts solely as an intermediary in this partnership and is not responsible for service delivery. Any concerns, claims, or disputes related to the use of services offered by HUFT must be directed to HUFT
All transactions are final and subject to HUFT refund and cancellation policy.
The offer is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of dispute, ITCHL and HUFT reserve the right to take the final decision.
The Eligible User may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights or obligations under these terms. No third party, other than a registered member, shall have any rights under these terms.
ITCHL may, at its discretion, revise the number of Green Points earned under this offer.
