Club ITC is a loyalty Program offered by ITC Hotels Limited (hereafter referred to as 'ITCHL'), to an individual person for rewarding and fostering consumer loyalty.

• Club ITC Program: Club ITC Program refers to the loyalty program offered by ITC Hotels Limited.
• Club ITC Member: A person who has completed the enrolment process, has been successfully enrolled onto Club ITC and been assigned a Club ITC Membership number.
• Club ITC Membership Status: The membership status assigned to the Club ITC Member basis his/her activity in terms of; Room Nights; or Eligible Spends.
• Club ITC Membership Tier: A membership tier that a Club ITC Member is assigned including Club ITC Member tier, Club ITC Silver tier, Club ITC Gold tier, Club ITC Platinum tier or Club ITC Platinum Select Tier.
• Club ITC Culinaire: Club ITC Culinaire (hereinafter referred to as "Culinaire") is the dining add-on subscription plan offered under the Club ITC program. It offers a set of defined benefits when subscribed to by a Club ITC Member, in addition to the Club ITC membership.
• Primary Culinaire Member: An individual purchasing the Culinaire subscription, by payment of the prevailing fees.
• Spouse Culinaire Member: An individual enrolled into the programme as a member on the basis of the primary membership of his/her spouse.
• Dormant Member: A Club ITC Member, on the Club ITC Member tier is considered dormant if during a period of sixty (60) consecutive months, the Club ITC Member has not made any eligible accrual or redemption transactions.
• Green Points: Points that Club ITC Members earn on eligible stays/spends basis their membership tier. Value of 1 Green Point is equal to INR 1 for redemption against hotel services, unless otherwise specified.
• Program Website and App: Club ITC members can access their online account on:

1. ITC Hotel website at www.itchotels.com
2. ITC Hotels App (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store)

• Eligible Room Night: An Eligible Room Night is a night during an Eligible Stay.
• Eligible Spends: Eligible Spends are the monetary amounts (exclusive of taxes, discounts, paid outs, gratuities, delivery charges and services charges) spent by a Club ITC member at Participating Hotels, based on which Green Points accrue to the credit of a Club ITC member and include the following:

1. At ITC Hotels: Expenses incurred by a resident Club ITC member at Participating Hotel towards:

Eligible Stays at Participating Hotels.

Eligible Food and Beverage spends billed to the room account (including dining at F&B outlets, mini-bar, in-room dining etc.)

Any purchase of Spa, gym services at Participating Hotels (for both resident and non-resident guests at a Participating Hotel)

Eligible use of in-room telephone, laundry or business center services

Eligible purchase of products from Fabelle Boutique or SLEEEP Boutique present in hotel premises of Participating Hotels.

Eligible banquets and social events conducted at any Participating Hotel

Dining spends as a non-resident guest at Participating Hotels, Expenses (exclusive of ineligible spends, taxes, discounts, paid outs, gratuities, and service charges) incurred by a Member towards any food and beverage consumed at participating restaurants in Participating Hotels, including special menus, set menus, buffets (with or without alcohol), soft and alcoholic beverages as well as spends on In-Room Dining, mini bar and Gourmet Shops for dine in, take-away or delivery orders placed from app.

2. Partners - Third party entities with which ITC has an alliance to enable the Club ITC member to transfer the partner points to Club ITC Green Points

• Ineligible Spends: The spends that do not qualify for earning of Green Points including:

1. Room/accommodation charges where booking is made via any Online Travel Agents (OTAs) including but not limited to Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, MakemyTrip.com, Travelguru.com, Travelocity.com, Tripadvisor.com or any other similar travel websites.
2. Payments made in cash for non-stay expenses (dining, Sleeep, Spa, Fabelle etc.) will not be eligible for point earnings or any associated discounts ( e.g. 20% discount for Culinaire on F&B spends)
3. All expenses including any F&B spends accrued during stays booked on Crew rates and employee rates.
4. Expenses on Business Centre usage as a non-resident guest.
5. Other fees paid including, without limitation, parking, retail stores, and other third-party services.
6. Room rate related taxes, service charges, gratuities, fees (e.g. late cancellation fee or no-show fees for not checking in for guaranteed reservations even if the reservations were paid in full), mandatory charges (e.g., resort charges) and other applicable charges, including certain room and other taxes and fees that are not part of a qualifying all-inclusive room package rate
7. All eligible spends paid using Green Points, gift certificates, gift vouchers and/or discount coupon codes
8. All expenses made on purchasing any kind of tobacco products, tips, or paid-outs for third party services such as but not limited to car hire services, charges from food and beverage outlets managed or operated by a third party, charges incurred at outlets that are not located within the Participating Hotels; Laundry, Spa, Golf, and other activities operated by third-parties

• Eligible Rate: An Eligible rate is the rate a Member pays for a stay in a guest room at a Participating Hotel which qualifies to earn Green Points. Eligible Rates include most business and leisure rates, such as rates found on www.itchotels.com, Standard and Premium Retail rates, Advanced Purchase rates, Corporate negotiated rates, national/regional/local Government rates, unless otherwise specifically stated.
• Ineligible Rate: An Ineligible rate is the rate a member pays for a Stay in a guest room at a Participating Hotel which does not qualify to earn Points, as well as membership tier benefits. Ineligible Rates are those booked using the following methods:

1. The guest room was booked through a tour operator, online travel channel or other third-party channel including, without limitation, makemytrip.com, agoda.com, cleartrip.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com, booking.com, travelocity.com; or
2. The guest room was booked at a group rate as part of an event, meeting, conference or organized tour; or
3. The guest room was booked at a tour operator, wholesaler, or crew room rate or package including, without limitation, organized tours or package bookings; or
4. The guest room was complimentary

• Eligible Stay: A stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel by a Club ITC Member on any Eligible Rate (including Reward Nights-stays booked using Green Points) by a Club ITC Member which is billed to the account of the Club ITC Member. For any stay related promotional offer - If a Club ITC Member checks out of a guest room and then checks back into a guest room at the same Participating Hotel within 24 hours, it shall count as a single stay for purposes of calculating stays and issuing program benefits.
• Participating Hotels: ITC Hotels, WelcomHotels, Mementos by ITC Hotels, Storii & Fortune Hotels where the Club ITC Program (membership and benefits) is applicable. Click here to view the list of all Participating Hotels.
• Partner: Refers to third party entities with which ITCHL has an alliance that offer services, benefits, points, redemptions or any facilities and arrangements to Club ITC members. List of partners can be modified at ITCHL's discretion with/ without any prior notice/ communication to Club ITC member.
• Roll-over Nights / Spends: Any qualifying nights / spends in excess of those required to qualify for a membership status level at the end of the calendar year (December 31^st).
• Blackout Dates: Dates during which Green Points cannot be redeemed in respect of Participating Hotels which may be communicated by ITCHL from time to time.
• Customer Care: The contact point for all Club ITC related queries that can be reached on

• The Club ITC membership (along with Culinaire add-on) are open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or above in their place of residence. Individuals may enroll onto Club ITC (subject to the acceptance of their enrolment request by ITCHL). Corporations, associations, or groups cannot enroll onto Club ITC and membership is restricted only to individuals.
• Employees of ITC Limited, ITC Hotels Limited and their subsidiary/associate/group companies are not eligible to become members of Club ITC Program.
• Culinaire Enrolment: Individuals can choose to purchase the Culinaire membership by paying the required subscription fees plus applicable taxes according to the proposition they wish to purchase. Club ITC offers two types of Culinaire subscription plans i.e., Culinaire Select and Culinaire Elite. Members can choose to purchase any plan and get respective benefits.
• Members can choose to purchase the Culinaire membership (Culinaire Select or Culinaire Elite subscription) for more than 1 year (2,3,4 or 5 years at a time) by paying the multi-year membership fees as stated on the program website or App as per table shared below:

• Any individual will also become a Club ITC Member if they purchase any Culinaire subscription plan or will retain their existing Club ITC tier if they are already a member.
• Spouse Enrolment in Culinaire: Any Culinaire member can additionally purchase Culinaire subscription for his/ her spouse by paying an additional fee of INR 1000 plus applicable taxes per year.
• Membership and benefits of the Club ITC Program are offered at the sole discretion of ITCHL and ITCHL reserves the right to grant or refuse membership.
• Enrolment into the Club ITC Culinaire must be in the individual’s full name and will be processed only upon payment of the prevailing fee in INR and on submission of required details.
• The duration of the Culinaire add-on shall be for a period of 12 months (365 days) from the date of subscription for the Primary Culinaire Member.  The duration of Culinaire add-on for Spouse Culinaire Member will be till the date of expiry of the Culinaire subscription of the Primary Culinaire Member or, till the end of the 12 months period whichever is earlier.
• By getting the Club ITC membership number, a Member shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions for the Program specified from time to time at www.itchotels.com.
• For existing Club ITC & Club ITC Culinaire members, please note:

1. The membership number and the membership tier will remain the same.
2. For Club ITC members - Tier in the new program will be same as their existing tier
3. For Club ITC Culinaire members – Tier in the new program will be accorded as per their performance between 1^st January 2024 and 31st Dec’2024 (Club ITC tier rules will apply). For the members who purchased the Club ITC Culinaire membership on or after 1^st January 2025, the Club ITC tier will be accorded basis their activities between 1^st January 2025 and 21^st June 2025.
4. The balance Green Points in the member’s account will be migrated to the new program as is.
5. The balance active vouchers in the member’s account will be migrated to the new program as is.
6. The Eligible nights & spends incurred by the members in the current calendar year (1^st January 2025 onwards) will be migrated as is. 

• Any Club ITC member can earn Green Points on making an Eligible Spend at any Participating Hotel. 
• The list of Participating Hotels is subject to change at any time, without notice and will be updated on www.itchotels.com

Club ITC Members can earn Green Points on the following basis:

1 Green Point = INR 1 

For MICE and Weddings:

Members subscribing to Culinaire plans can earn Green Points as well as avail discounts on the following basis:

• Green Points earned shall have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or sold by Club ITC Members for cash at any point of time. These points may only be redeemed in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Program. Club ITC Members have no ownership interest in accrued Green Points and accrued Green Points are not the property of the Club ITC Members.
• Subject to other terms, a Club ITC Member eligible for any discounted prices for any Eligible Spend shall earn Green Points only on the billed amount net of discounts and taxes (exclusive of taxes for spends at participating hotels). Green Points cannot be earned on purchases made by any gift/privilege/discount or Gift Certificate/voucher, Gift Card, Green Points redemption, etc. by whatever name called, issued by any entity including ITCHL.
• Accrued points do not constitute property of the members and are non-transferable to another membership account. In the event of death, the Club ITC membership stands terminated, and all accrued points will automatically stand cancelled.
• Green Points cannot be purchased/bought unless specified otherwise. Members may log on to the Program website or App, to view their detailed account statement.

Note: For eligible transactions prior to the new program launch date, the points earning matrix of the old program (Member – 2%, Silver – 3%, Gold – 4% and Platinum – 5% of eligible spends and Club ITC Culinaire members – 25% on eligible F&B spends and 5% on accommodation & other eligible spends) will be applicable basis the tier of the member.

• For Participating Hotels:

1. A Club ITC Member may earn Green Points for up to nine (9) rooms per night (Club ITC Member's room and eight (8) additional rooms) within the same Participating Hotel. The Club ITC Member must be occupying at least one of the rooms and paying an Eligible Rate for all applicable rooms. In addition, only the room occupied by the Club ITC Member shall receive Club ITC Program benefits and services. The occupant(s) of the additional room(s) shall not receive Green Points or any other Club ITC Program benefit.
2. In case two Club ITC Members are sharing one room, Green Points shall only be awarded to the Club ITC membership account of the Club ITC Member settling the bill for the stay or that is billed back to that Club ITC Member's company for payment (and is not settled to a group master folio/posting master).
3. Club ITC Members cannot combine the Club ITC Program with any other program including any other loyalty program/membership applicable. Points cannot be earned on a transaction both for Club ITC and any other loyalty program/ membership. However, the Club ITC Member shall be entitled to select which membership he or she wants the Points and privileges for (eg. at Marriott affiliated Hotels, a member can choose points / privileges for that transaction against either Club ITC or Marriott Bonvoy^TM program).
4. Club ITC Members are NOT eligible to earn Green Points on room spends for stays arising from bookings made through Online Travel Agents (OTAs). Furthermore, a stay arising from a booking made through an OTA shall not qualify towards the room nights or spends criteria for tier status upgrade/renewal and any promotional offers. Only other Eligible Spends (Food & Beverages (at restaurants, room service and mini-bars), laundry, spa, in-room telephone & business center services, Purchase of Fabelle or SLEEEP products (from Fabelle or SLEEEP Boutique present in Hotel premises only), etc. billed to the room) for which the Club ITC Member personally pays are eligible for earning of Green Points.
5. In the event of a hotel bill comprising of food expenses, accommodation expenses, other charges and taxes being settled via a mix of Green Points and cash or any other mode of payment, the Green Points and/or vouchers/certificates would be set off, first against Rooms accommodation and other expenses, then Food & Beverage expense and finally taxes.
6. In cases where the Member or the Member’s company is given a discount after the stay has been completed, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from the Member’s balance although he or she may have already been communicated the point status based on the non-discounted amount.
7. Green Points may be earned for eligible spends for Hotel services availed within thirty (30) days prior to the Club ITC Member’s enrolment in the Club ITC Program. A Club ITC Member may request for such credit through Club ITC Customer Care along with the copy of the stay folio/bill.
8. In case of non-credit of Green Points due to any reason for any Eligible Spends, Club ITC members may claim Green Points for such transactions (each, a “Retro Claim”) by raising a Service Request for such Retro Claim with the details of the transaction with copy of stay invoice after 7 days of transaction. Retro claim requests that are older than 180 days from the stay/transaction being materialized shall not be accommodated.

• A Club ITC member will be eligible to earn Green Points for eligible groups, meetings, and events booked at Participating Hotels, for minimum 10 (ten) rooms for one night.
• When attending a meeting, event, or conference, all charges made by Club ITC Members that are placed on a group; master folio; or posting master; (to be paid by a company, association, group, or other event organizer) shall not be eligible for Green Points. Only the Eligible Charges billed to the room (except room/accommodation charges) for which the Club ITC Member personally pays or that are directly billed back to the Club ITC Member's company or organization for payment (and are not settled to a group master folio/posting master) shall be eligible for Green Points. Furthermore, such stays/ nights shall not qualify towards the room nights or spends criteria for tier status upgrade/renewal and any promotional offers.
• Eligible Event: An Eligible Event is an event or meeting that is booked by a Club ITC member who provides his/her membership number in the applicable Event contract and is held at a Participating Hotel. An Eligible Event will not include:

1. Any booking of guest rooms, regardless of the number of guest rooms, that is booked in any manner other than under the Event Agreement,
2. Any booking of guest rooms, with or without catering, that do not actualize a minimum of ten (10) guest rooms for at least one (1) night,
3. Any booking of guest rooms that are complimentary or barter rooms,
4. Complimentary meetings

• In case of cancellation of rooms, no points will be awarded for the cancelled rooms and booker Member will be awarded points based on the revised slab on basis of materialized room bookings only.
• In case of a contract with only room bookings, if the minimum room requirement (10 rooms per night) is not met due to cancellations, the Club ITC member will not get any points for the booking.
• Eligible Event Charges: Eligible Event Charges include food, beverages, meeting room rental, in-house audio-visual equipment, and décor ordered by the Participating Hotel and paid for on a master account. Guest room rate charges also are eligible only when the contract has a minimum of ten (10) guest rooms actualized for at least one (1) night of the Eligible Event (with or without catering). Eligible guest room charges earn Green Points for the Member when they are paid for on a master account. However, if the guest pays the in-room eligible charges (like in-room dining, mini bar, purchases from Fabelle or SLEEEP boutique etc), they will not be considered a part of Event Charges and only the guest staying in the room will earn Green Points for them.
• Event charges for taxes, gratuities, resort fees, cancellation fees, attrition charges and service charges will be excluded from earning of points.
• All expenses made on purchasing any kind of tobacco products, tips or paid-outs for third party services such as but not limited to car hire services, charges from food and beverage outlets managed or operated by a third party, charges incurred at outlets that are not located within the participating hotels; Laundry, Spa, Golf, and other activities operated by third-parties will be excluded from earning of points.

• Membership Tiers: Club ITC has five membership tiers: ‘Club ITC Member’ tier, ‘Club ITC Silver’ tier, ‘Club ITC Gold’ tier, ‘Club ITC Platinum’ tier and "Club ITC Platinum Select" tier.
• Earning Tier Status: Club ITC Members can earn and maintain tier status based on eligible nights or eligible spends made in a calendar year. A "calendar year" is understood to mean January 1^st through December 31^st of each year.
• Moving to a Higher Tier: Club ITC Members may earn a higher tier status when their eligible nights or eligible spends within a calendar year qualify the Club ITC Member for the next tier.
• Maintaining Your Tier: Once the Club ITC Member has reached a certain membership tier, the Club ITC Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the tier was earned and the subsequent calendar year. Club ITC Members must re-qualify for tier status each calendar year.  Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to earn or maintain membership tier status.
• Club ITC Silver Tier: Club ITC member holding Member tier shall be upgraded to Club ITC Silver tier on completion of 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends in a calendar year. Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to maintain Club ITC Silver tier status to meet the qualifying criteria of 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends.
• Club ITC Gold Tier: Club ITC Silver tier members shall be upgraded to Club ITC Gold tier on completion of 16 eligible nights or INR 1,60,000 eligible spends in a calendar year. Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to earn and maintain Club ITC Gold tier status to meet qualifying criteria of 16 eligible nights or INR 1,60,000 eligible spends.
• Club ITC Platinum Tier: Club ITC Gold tier members shall be upgraded to Club ITC Platinum tier on completion of 30 eligible nights or INR 3,00,000 eligible spends in a calendar year. Rollover Nights / Spends shall be applied to earn and maintain Club ITC Platinum tier status to meet qualifying criteria of 30 eligible nights or INR 3,00,000 eligible spends.
• Club ITC Platinum Select Tier: Club ITC Platinum tier members shall be upgraded to Club ITC Platinum Select tier on completion of 5 years as Platinum tier AND INR 15,00,000 eligible spends in last 5 calendar years. Rollover Spends shall be applied to earn and maintain Club ITC Platinum tier status to meet qualifying criteria of INR 3,00,000 eligible spends during the period of 5 years.
• Roll-over Nights / Spends: Club ITC Members in all higher tiers (Club ITC Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Select Members) shall be eligible to rollover any qualifying nights / spends in excess of those required to qualify for / retain their tier status at the end of the calendar year.

1. Club ITC Silver tier Members can rollover nights & spends more than 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends.
2. Club ITC Gold tier Members can rollover nights & spends more than 16 eligible nights or INR 1,60,000 eligible spends.
3. Club ITC Platinum and Club ITC Platinum Select tier Members can rollover nights & spends more than 30 eligible nights or INR 3,00,000 eligible spends.

• The rollover nights / spends shall be counted toward the Club ITC Members’ status qualification for the following calendar year. Club ITC Member tier shall not be eligible for rollover nights or spends.
• Rollover Nights are calculated as follows to apply to the next qualifying status year:
• Total qualifying nights at year end (excluding rollover from previous year) minus (-) qualifying nights needed to renew your status tier = rollover nights for next year.
• E.g.: If a Club ITC Silver tier Member on January 1st has 2 rollover nights from the previous year and stays for 10 nights in the calendar year, the roll over nights for this Club ITC Silver Member would be 10 nights (excluding 2 rollover nights from the previous year), minus (-) 6 nights (qualifying nights for retaining Club ITC Silver tier) = 4 rollover nights for the next year.
• Rollover spends shall be calculated similarly. Rollover nights/ spends are only valid for the next calendar year until December 31^st and expire thereafter.
• Rollover nights/ spends will be valid only for one calendar year and will expire after that.
• Complimentary night stays do not count towards eligible nights but all other eligible spends made during the stay shall be considered for rollover spends.
• Renewal for Club ITC Silver, Club ITC Gold, Club ITC Platinum Tier members: A Club ITC Member must make Eligible nights / spends as stated above over a Qualifying Period (January 1st – December 31^st) to maintain the respective Club ITC Status for the next calendar year. After review by ITC at the end of each calendar year, the Club ITC tier status of a Club ITC Member may be retained or downgraded.
• Club ITC Member tier who makes 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends during a calendar year get upgraded to the ‘Club ITC Silver’ tier and the status shall be valid for the remaining current calendar year and the subsequent calendar year. To retain their membership at the ‘Club ITC Silver’ tier, the Club ITC Member shall make 6 eligible nights or INR 60,000 eligible spends in every subsequent calendar year (including rollover nights / spends). In case this is not achieved the individual's membership status shall be downgraded to the ‘Club ITC Member’ tier. Similarly, for Club ITC Gold and Club ITC Platinum tier status, a Club ITC member must maintain eligible qualifying nights/ spends in the calendar year in order to maintain the respective Club ITC tier status.
• Renewal for Club ITC Platinum Select Tier members: A Club ITC Platinum Select member must make Eligible spends of 1.5 Lakhs AND 15 eligible nights per year for a period of 15 years as Platinum Select member. if the member has made the minimum spends, the membership will be extended for the next 15 years. If this criterion is not fulfilled, the member will be extended Platinum tier at the end of 15 years’ period.
• On enrollment/ tier upgrade/ retention, Club ITC members will be extended value vouchers basis their eligibility.
• Members subscribing to Culinaire plans will receive Culinaire value vouchers, over and above their Club ITC tier benefit vouchers at the time of subscription.
• Club ITC Milestone Vouchers: Club ITC members are eligible for additional vouchers as they achieve certain milestones on successful completion of particular number of eligible nights as per the following table:

• Each milestone completion entitles the Member to one (1) voucher.
• For complete details on milestone benefits and vouchers, a member can log into their online account on www.itchotels.com or the ITC Hotels App.
• For being eligible to receive milestone benefits, eligible nights should be made in same calendar year only. Roll-over nights will not be counted towards the milestone benefits.
• Milestone benefits will be awarded effective from the date of the new program launch i.e 29^th June 2025
• Culinaire Milestone Vouchers: Members subscribing to Culinaire are eligible for additional vouchers as they achieve certain milestones on successful completion of eligible F&B spends as per the following table:

• Milestone benefits will be awarded effective from the date of the new program launch.
• Members can view vouchers on program website/ App.
• In addition to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, the terms and conditions of all the vouchers/ certificates will also be applicable.
• List of vouchers and certificates can be modified at ITCHL's discretion with/ without any prior notice/ communication to Club ITC member.

• Subscription to the Culinaire plan is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of payment of subscription fees. It will be renewed every subsequent year, on payment of the prevailing subscription fees. If a member does not pay the requisite fee, the subscription will not be renewed and Culinaire benefits will not be extended.
• In case member has opted for multi-year option, subscription does not need to be renewed every year and will be auto-renewed at the expiry of one year. The vouchers/ certificates left un-utilized at the expiry of year will also expire and will not be carried forward to next year.
• Members may renew their Culinaire subscription in the last month of their membership through their online account on www.itchotels.com or ITC Hotels App or by contacting the Club ITC Customer Care.
• Renewal Benefit - All existing members who renew their Culinaire subscription by paying the prevailing membership fee will receive a renewal benefit of 1500 bonus Green Points

• Green Points can be redeemed by a Club ITC Member for Instant settlement of bills at following avenues:

• Instant Redemption for Hotel services:

1. In case of availing instant redemption facility for settlement of bills, upon redemption of Green Points for adjustment against a part of the billed amount, the balance amount billed shall be settled by Club ITC Member in cash and/or recognized credit/debit card.
2. Redemption can be done against charges on accommodation, dining, Fabelle, SLEEEP boutiques, Spa & salon, banquets, laundry, business center, delivery & take away, hotel memberships etc.
3. Green Points can be redeemed for food orders through ITC Hotels app for home delivery or takeaway services. Green Points can be redeemed in part or full for payment of food orders through ITC hotels app including taxes and delivery charges.
4. In the event of a hotel bill comprising of food expenses, accommodation expenses, other charges and taxes being settled via a mix of Green Points and cash or any other mode of payment, the Green Points and/or vouchers/certificates would be set off, first against Rooms accommodation and Other expenses, then Food & Beverage expense and finally taxes.

• International Travel House (ITH) Gift Vouchers:

1. A minimum conversion of 625 Green Points is required per conversion request
2. On redemption, the Club ITC Member's account shall be debited by the number of Green Points redeemed.
3. Redemption of the Green Points for issuance of ITH Gift Vouchers can be done by a Club ITC Member by accessing their online account on website/app, contacting Customer Care, and requesting for the redemption or writing to clubitc.care@itchotels.in
4. On redemption, an e-voucher will be created, which can be accessed by Club ITC member in the My Vouchers section on Club ITC website and mobile app.
5. Apart from the terms and conditions stated herein, the terms and conditions on any ITH Gift Voucher shall also govern the receipt and utilization of the voucher.
6. ITCHL or International Travel House may impose additional terms and conditions on redemption of Green Points or usage of vouchers, which shall be binding on Club ITC Members.
7. Taxes may additionally be levied on purchases via vouchers, which shall be paid for by the Club ITC Member in cash and/or recognized credit/debit card.
8. This shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. By availing this offer, the customers shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
9. ITCHL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice and without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
10. In case of any conflict regarding these terms and conditions, the decision of ITCHL shall be binding on the member.

• Conversion to Marriott Bonvoy^TM Points:

1. Club ITC members who wish to convert/ transfer their Green Points into Marriott Bonvoy^TM Points may do so by placing a points conversion/ transfer request through their online membership account or email at clubitc.care@itchotels.in
2. Club ITC members who wish to convert/transfer their Green Points into Marriott Bonvoy^TM Points, must hold a valid and active Marriott Bonvoy^TM membership account.
3. Upon receiving a conversion request, the converted Green Points shall be debited from the Club ITC membership account immediately.
4. The appropriate number of Points shall be credited to the member's Marriott Bonvoy^TM membership account as per the conversion ratio (2 Green Points = 3 MB Points) within 8-10 weeks of receipt of the conversion request.
5. Green Points once debited towards conversion for Points, cannot be reversed or credited back to the Club ITC member's account. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other redemption option available through the Club ITC program.
6. ITCHL shall not be held responsible for the services rendered by Marriott Hotels & Resorts either arising from the use of converted Marriott Bonvoy^TM Points or otherwise.
7. Further, ITCHL shall not be held responsible for any claims/ damages and/or losses of any nature arising out of the availing of products and services provided by Marriott Hotels & Resorts in any instance and the members shall hold ITC Hotels Limited harmless against any such claims/ damages and/ or losses.
8. ITCHL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice and without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.

• Purchase of Club ITC Culinaire:

1. Individuals can choose to purchase the Culinaire plan by redeeming their Green Points or by paying the required subscription fees according to the plan they want to purchase. Club ITC offers two types of subscription plans i.e., Culinaire Select and Culinaire Elite. Members can choose to purchase any plan using only Green Points or with a combination of Green Points and online payment.
2. Members can choose to purchase the Culinaire plan (Culinaire Select or Culinaire Elite subscription) for more than one year (2,3,4 or 5 years at a time) by paying the multi-year membership fees as stated on the program website or App
3. Spouse subscription: Any Culinaire member can redeem Green Points to purchase Culinaire subscription for his/ her spouse in addition to own.

• ITC Hotels Gift Card:

1. A minimum conversion of 1250 Green Points is required per conversion request.
2. On redemption, the Club ITC Member's account shall be debited by the number of Green Points redeemed.
3. Redemption of the Green Points for issuance of ITC Hotels Gift Card can be done by a Club ITC Member by accessing their online account on website/app, contacting Customer Care, and requesting for the redemption or writing to clubitc.care@itchotels.in
4. Apart from the terms and conditions stated herein, the terms and conditions on ITC Hotels gift card shall also govern the receipt and utilization.
5. ITCHL may impose additional terms and conditions on redemption of Green Points or usage of ITC Hotels gift card, which shall be binding on Club ITC Members.
6. Taxes may additionally be levied on purchases via ITC Hotels gift card, which shall be paid for by the Club ITC Member in cash and/or recognized credit/debit card.

• Redemption requests once received or instantaneous redemptions once processed cannot be reversed and the relevant number of Green Points shall stand debited from the Club ITC Member's account on receipt of such redemption request or on instantaneous redemption.

• ITCHL reserves the right to deduct points from a Club ITC Member's account balance if the points have been erroneously recorded under the account.
• Members must remain active in the Club ITC Program to retain Green Points they accumulate. If a Club ITC Member account is inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, that member account will forfeit all accumulated Points. Club ITC Members can remain active in the Club ITC Program and retain accumulated Green Points by earning or redeeming Green Points, at least once every twenty-four (24) months. Once Green Points are forfeited, they cannot be reinstated, but a Club ITC Member can earn new Green Points, if the Member makes any Eligible Spend(s) subsequently.
• Cancelling by Club ITC Member: A Club ITC Member may cancel his/her membership in the Club ITC Program at any time by sending written notice of cancellation to Club ITC Customer Care. All unredeemed Green Points and Vouchers as well as achieved member status, including higher tier, will be forfeited immediately and will not be reinstated or transferred.
• Post Cancellation: The Club ITC Program, Green Points, Vouchers, and other related benefits and services are the sole property of ITCHL and are not the property of Members. On cancellation of membership in the Club ITC Program for any reason, all unredeemed Green Points, Vouchers and other related benefits and services will be forfeited, and member will no longer be able to participate in the Club ITC Program. Green Points, Vouchers and other related benefits and services have no cash value, and ITCHL will not compensate or pay cash for any forfeited or unused Green Points.
• If a member cancels his/her account, the member may reapply for membership in the Club ITC Program later, but no Green Points, Vouchers and other related benefits and services previously forfeited or expired will be reinstated to the member account. On re-application, higher tier (which member might have been a part of) will not be reinstated and member will have to start again from Club ITC Member tier.
• Cancellation or Suspension by ITCHL: ITCHL may cancel a Member’s membership at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, for any reason and at ITCHL’s sole discretion including, without limitation, if ITCHL believes the member has:

1. Acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances.
2. Failed to pay any hotel or other bill when due to ITCHL or a Participating hotel
3. Acted in an inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive, or hostile manner.
4. Breached or violated any of these Program Rules or the Website Terms of Use.
5. Engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Loyalty Program including, without limitation, with respect to Points or any other Loyalty Program Member benefits.

• Upon cancellation, all unredeemed Green Points, Vouchers and other related benefits and services will be forfeited, and member will no longer be able to participate in the Club ITC Program. Green Points, Vouchers and other related benefits and services have no cash value, and ITCHL will not compensate or pay cash for any forfeited or unused Green Points.
• If ITCHL cancels a member’s account for any of the reasons mentioned above, the member may not reapply for membership in the Club ITC Program except in ITCHL’s sole discretion, and any unauthorized account opened in the member’s name following cancellation as well as Green Points, Vouchers and other related benefits and services earned in that account will be forfeited upon discovery.
• Members wishing to cancel their Club ITC Culinaire subscription plan may do at any time post subscription. However, Subscription amount shall be refunded only if refund request is received via email on clubitc.care@itchotels.in within 30 days from the date of subscription.
• Even if cancellation request is received via email within 30 days from the date of subscription, no refund request shall be honoured in case the member (primary or spouse) has consumed any Culinaire value voucher(s) or availed any benefit pertaining to the subscription plan. 
• The refund would be made to the same mode through which the payment was initially received. In cases where the Member had paid the membership fee via redemption of Green Points, membership fee will be refunded by crediting back the Green Points. Only in case of inability of refund to original source, ITCHL would endeavour payment through NEFT.
• The refund will be processed within 21 days from the date of refund request (applicable only for refund eligible cases).
•  In case a member wishes to cancel their Club ITC Culinaire subscription plan post 30 days of subscription, the entire subscription fee will get forfeited.
• Cancelling of Culinaire subscription does not affect the Club ITC membership tier or the points accrued.
• In case there is a Spouse membership linked with the primary membership being cancelled, the Spouse membership will also stand cancelled automatically.

• All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and Club ITC Program rules shall be at the sole discretion of ITCHL.
• ITCHL is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuance of services provided by a service partner, that may affect the Club ITC Program rewards offered, the accrual of Green Points or devaluation of Green Points.
• Specific Club ITC Program benefits and privileges have been established for all Club ITC Members. However, benefits and privileges offered by Participating Hotels may vary. If ITCHL or any partner improperly denies a Club ITC Member an accrual, benefit or reward, ITCHL shall not be liable to make any payment to the Club ITC Member or compensate him/her in anyway.
• ITCHL holds out no representation or warranty in respect of the quality of the products and services of the Partner. All sales of products and services by ITCHL are also on an 'as is where is' basis.
• The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as ITCHL decides to terminate the Program, at any time, with or without notice to the Members. Accumulation of points will cease immediately on termination of the Program. ITCHL reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, rewards or reward levels pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points already accumulated.
• Discontinued membership will result in the loss of all accumulated Green Points and the cancellation of all Program rewards, benefits, and privileges.
• Without prejudice to other rights of ITCHL, the membership of a Club ITC Member may be terminated by ITCHL at its sole discretion without assigning any reason, in the event ITCHL is of the view that any conduct of a Club ITC Member is unacceptable or inappropriate.
• ITCHL disclaims all responsibility and liability with respect to any act or omission by any of the Partners, their directors, employees, agents, or contractors.
• ITCHL shall be entitled to use personal information provided by the Club ITC Member for marketing of the Club ITC Program, without further reference to the Club ITC Member.
• The room/ suite upgrade benefit applicable to Club ITC Silver, Club ITC Gold, Club ITC Platinum, or Club ITC Platinum Select Members is valid for a maximum duration of three (3) room nights during an Eligible Stay however this benefit is subject to availability at the time of check-in. The upgrade benefit for applicable Club ITC Members entitles them to an upgrade to the next best category which may include upgrade to a Standard Suite except for Presidential, Luxury and multiple bedroom suites.
• The definition of Best Rooms and Standard Suites shall be defined independently by each hotel and may vary. The upgrade benefit is available for up to one room for the personal use of the Club ITC Member only, regardless of the number of rooms reserved by the Club ITC Member. All Club ITC Platinum or Platinum Select Tier benefits may or may not be applicable in part or full at all participating Hotels and this should be ascertained with the concerned hotel(s) at the time of making the booking.
• Access to the exclusive Towers Club/UpperCrust Lounges as a non-resident guest is restricted strictly to lounge access only. Any utilized/consumed items shall be charged to the Club ITC Member/guest on actuals, unless otherwise specified. This benefit may or may not be applicable in part or full at all participating Hotels and this should be ascertained with the concerned hotel(s) at the time of making the booking.
• Club ITC Green Points shall be credited basis the membership tier as on date of credit of points
• ITCHL reserves the right to deduct points from a Club ITC Member’s account balance if the points have been erroneously recorded under the account.
• All policies for availability, cancellation, usage, stay etc. that ITCHL may have in respect of ITC Hotels, shall additionally apply to any availment by a Club ITC Member of the products/services of the relevant brand pursuant to a redemption or during incurring an Eligible Spend.

• Club ITC Members cannot maintain multiple membership accounts.  If more than one membership account is assigned to an individual, he/she shall only receive Green Points for one membership account. Duplicate membership accounts shall be merged and loyalty points for both the accounts will be cumulated together in one account.
• All communication shall be sent to the address available as per the records available with the Club ITC Program. It shall be the responsibility of the Club ITC Member to inform the Club ITC Customer Care about any change in his/her communication details (email id, mobile number and postal address). All communication shall be deemed to have been received by the Club ITC Member and ITCHL bears no responsibility for communication not received.
• Each Club ITC Member shall be responsible for having the requisite knowledge about the Club ITC Program terms, the number of Green Points in his/her membership account and ensuring that updated communication details are captured in the membership account. Club ITC shall share communications to Club ITC Members advising them of matters of interest, including notification of the Club ITC Program changes, new hotels, promotional offers, Green Point updates, etc. However, neither ITCHL, its subsidiaries, affiliates or associates or program management service providers nor the owners of Participating Hotels or companies participating as service partners in the Club ITC Program shall be liable for any failure to do so and shall not be responsible for any communication lost or delayed in the mail
• Consent to receive such offers shall be deemed as given until such time the Club ITC Member expressly withdraws his/her consent to receive mailers and other Club ITC Program information from ITCHL and its various program partners by opting out of the relevant preference by notifying Club ITC Customer Care in writing. Withdrawal of consent may result in certain services not being offered and/or provided to the Club ITC Member. The Club ITC Member, however, shall continue to receive important Club ITC Program related intimations like monthly account summary, information on point earning/redemption etc.
• Membership and benefits of Club ITC are offered at the sole discretion of ITCHL. The Club ITC Program is applicable only at Participating Hotels
• ITCHL reserves the right to add, modify, delete, or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, reward, or reward levels pertaining to the Club ITC Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated. Club ITC has no predetermined termination date and shall continue until such time ITCHL decides to terminate the Club ITC Program, with or without notice to the Club ITC Members. Accumulation of points shall cease immediately on termination of the Club ITC Program. ITCHL reserves the right to grant / refuse / discontinue / revoke the Club ITC Membership at its sole discretion. Discontinued / revoked membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Green Points and the cancellation of all Club ITC rewards, benefits and privileges and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services purchased using Green Points.
• Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, ITCHL also reserves the right to discontinue membership to Club ITC to any Club ITC Member who appears to be using the Club ITC Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms & Conditions, applicable laws/rules/regulations, intent of the Club ITC Program, or any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, reward redemption. Discontinued/ revoked membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Green Points and the cancellation of all Club ITC rewards, benefits and privileges and forfeiture of any unfulfilled reservations, products or services purchased using Green Points.

All disputes assignment of or related to the Club ITC Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts at New Delhi.

The terms and conditions for the Club ITC Program specified may change at the discretion of ITCHL from time to time. All such changes shall be effective from the date of posting at the website www.itchotels.com and shall be binding on a Club ITC Member. Club ITC Members are requested to update themselves by visiting www.itchotels.com on any changes thereto which may not be separately intimated by ITCHL or brought to the attention of a Club ITC Member.

All decisions by ITCHL in respect of the Club ITC Program or any element thereof including, without limitation, in respect of the number of Green Points credited, exclusion of spends from Eligible Spends, redemption of Green Points, transfer or conversion of Green Points, eligibility for or exclusion from the memberships election of Club ITC Status, termination of membership at the discretion of ITCHL, closure or earlier withdrawal of the Club ITC Program, etc. shall be final and binding on a Club ITC Member or prospective member.

The Club ITC Program is gratuitous and being made available by ITCHL without any consideration for the same being provided by a person or Club ITC Member and the purchase of products of identified brands does not form nor shall be deemed to form any consideration for the availability or continuance of the Club ITC Program or any benefits thereunder. As such, ITCHL or its directors, employees, agents, affiliates or contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, remote or punitive losses, damages, costs and expenses, howsoever suffered or threatening to arise against a Club ITC Member or prospective member, with or without any act, breach or omission by ITCHL or its directors, employees, agents, affiliates or contractors, or its Partners and their directors, employees, agents, affiliates or contractors.
