WelcomHotels Lanka (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Hotels Limited, India, was incorporated in Sri Lanka in April 2012, with the objective of developing & operating a mixed-use development comprising a 352 key luxury hotel and a super-luxury residential complex with 132 sky mansions, on around 6 acres of prime ocean-facing land in Colombo.

The luxury hotel, ITC Ratnadipa, was launched in April 2024. Adorned by the finest works of Sri Lankan art maestros, the hotel symbolises the traditions of the island nation through its architectural design and artistic expression. Hosting award winning and signature restaurants & bars that offer a repertoire of local and global cuisine, the hotel also offers state of the art banqueting facilities with a pillar-less ballroom of around 1,400 square metres, amongst the largest in Colombo. The hotel has been certified LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) Platinum by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

The residential complex, Sapphire Residences, with its interiors designed by the world-famous Philippe Starck, houses an exquisite collection of 132 uber luxury apartments and penthouses with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and the city. Sapphire Residences has also been certified LEED Platinum by the USGBC. Handover of apartments in Sapphire Residences commenced in December 2025.

Fortune Park Hotels Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Hotels Limited, was incorporated in 1995. It is a professional Hotel Management company, with over fifty-five operating hotels across India and Nepal.

The 'Fortune Hotels' brand is further sub-categorized as Fortune Select, Fortune Park, Fortune Inn and Fortune Resort, catering across the upscale to midscale segment in business and leisure destinations; thereby creating specialized products designed to suit the specific needs of various segments.

Landbase India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Hotels Limited, was incorporated in 1992 and owns the prestigious Classic Golf & Country Club at the outskirts of Delhi. Classic Golf & Country Club is the first South Asian signature championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Spread over 300 acres at the foothills of the picturesque Aravalli, it comprises an 18-hole signature championship course, a nine-hole signature canyon course, a social club and a sports complex which offers non-golfing sports and recreational activities.

Landbase India Limited launched ITC Grand Bharat, India’s first all-suites luxury destination retreat. The company’s hotel, ITC Kakatiya pays tribute to the Kakatiya Dynasty and is located in the heart of the city with 188 rooms & suites, a bouquet of dining destinations, wellness services and state of the art banquet facilities.
