Reservations made under this offer shall include stay for up to two children under 12 years per room. Any person making the reservation must be 18 years or older. Guests shall present a valid proof of identity at the time of check-in.

• Force Majeure: ITC Hotels Limited, and its associates, shall not be liable in event of non-performance of the terms of this offer on account of force majeure events including but not limited to war, strike, pandemics, fire, floods, Act of God, insurrections, unforeseen server failures, unauthorized use of the website or virus, sabotage, civil commotion, security/government advisories, computer hacking, etc. ITC Hotels Limited shall inform regarding the invocation of the force majeure event no later than 30 business days.
