ITC Hotels sees branded residences as an additional lever of growth and is in talks with developers to foray into the segment. 

Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels, said discussions are underway and the company sees opportunities in the space across both leisure destinations and metros. The hotel chain is also open to developing standalone branded residential projects, Chadha said at the Branded Residences Summit in Mumbai.
