ITC Hotels Limited has announced the opening of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Madhuban Dehradun, with 73 rooms and suites. The property strengthens the presence of the Welcomhotel brand in Uttarakhand and supports the company’s asset-right expansion strategy. The hotel is operated under a management contract.
