Mr. Sanjay Bose (56), Executive Vice President - HR and L&D, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) from XISS Ranchi and has completed the Advanced General Management Programme from IIM Bangalore and Advanced Leadership Programme from Stephen Ross School of Business Management, University of Michigan.

Mr Bose has nearly 30 years of experience in HR with leading hospitality chains. Prior to joining ITC Limited in 2017, he was heading Global HR Operations across 12 countries for Indian Hotels Company Limited, where he spent 22 years handling diverse roles in organisation restructure, M&A, HR Transformation and Total Rewards, amongst others. 

Mr. Bose has served in various industry bodies like CII, National HRD Network etc for the last 15 years. He has also been associated with educational institutions like MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, Tata Institute of Social Services, XISS Ranchi, etc. on their Board of Studies and currently serves on the Governing Councils of WGSHA, Manipal and IHMCTAN, Pusa, New Delhi. 

His contributions in the field of HR have been recognised by many accolades including Change Maestro and Institution builder Award in 2024 by IAC, Best CHRO by W.E. Matter in 2022 and CHRO of the Year 2019 by Business World.
