Mr. Diwaker Dinesh (39) is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Masters Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor Degree in Law. He was appointed as the Company Secretary of ITC Hotels Limited in September, 2023.

Mr. Dinesh joined ITC Limited in February 2023, bringing with him over 17 years of experience in  corporate governance practices, corporate laws and securities laws related matters including SEBI and Listing Regulations, FEMA compliances, corporate restructuring and due diligence.
