Mr. Supratim Dutta (58) was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 24th April, 2024.

Mr. Dutta, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, joined ITC Limited (ITC) in November, 1990 and is presently the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of ITC. In a career spanning over three decades at ITC, he has held various senior roles in the finance function, both at the business and corporate level. He has previously held the position of the Corporate Financial Controller of ITC responsible for Accounts, Taxation and Finance operations, and prior to that, he was Executive Vice President - Corporate Finance in charge of the Corporate Treasury, Strategic Planning and Corporate Planning Functions of ITC. He has handled various aspects of finance including Planning, Treasury, M&A, Accounting, Taxation, IT, Investor Relations and business strategy.

Mr. Dutta has served as a Member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development CFO Network and is currently a Member of the CII National Committee on Financial Reporting.
