• Navigate to ‘Points Transfer’ Section
• Choose Club ITC
• Link your membership by entering your Club ITC Membership ID, Name, Email ID and Mobile number (One time process)
• Enter the number of Points you want to transfer
• Confirm your choice with the OTP sent to your registered mobile/email
• Club ITC Green Points will be credited to your account within 7 working days

• Below eligible RBL Bank Credit Card owners shall be eligible to convert their Bank Points to Club ITC Green Points.

  • Nova Credit Card
• The eligible RBL Bank Credit Card owners who wish to convert the RBL Reward Points should be a Club ITC Member and should hold a valid Club ITC membership number for converting RBL Points into Club ITC Green Points.
• The conversion ratio, frequency and minimum points to be transferred from RBL Reward Points into Green Points will be as per the bank policy.
• RBL Reward Points once converted into Club ITC Green Points cannot be reversed/cancelled.
• The Club ITC Green Points accrued through conversion shall be credited to the member’s Club ITC Membership number within 7 working days from the date of successful conversion.
• Necessary Redemption Fee or handling charges may be levied as applicable by the RBL Bank for their eligible card variants as per the terms and conditions of RBL Bank.
• The validity of the Green Points after conversion will be as per the Club ITC terms and conditions from the date of Points credited.
• The standard terms and conditions of RBL Bank and Club ITC shall apply.
