• Customer visits reward redemption portal of IndusInd bank at https://www.indusmoments.com/
• Chooses the option of redeeming the reward points against ITC Green points.
• Customer needs to submit – Club ITC Membership Number while placing the request.
• IndusInd Bank will send the request to ITC Hotels for crediting the Green points in customer’s membership number.
• Green points will be credited within 10-12 working days from the date of request.

•  IndusInd Bank Credit Card account and Club ITC account should be in active status and should have sufficient IndusInd Bank Reward Points balance for conversion.
  
• There should be a minimum balance of 500 IndusInd Bank Reward Points for redemption against Club ITC Green Points.
• A conversion request once placed cannot be cancelled.
• The Club ITC membership account will be credited within 10-12 working days of the conversion request. In case the request is rejected, IndusInd Bank reward points automatically will be credited back in credit card statement.
• In order to ensure timely processing of the conversion request, customers will need to ensure that the Club ITC membership ID provided is correct.
• Green Points converted will be governed by Club ITC terms and conditions.

• ITC Hotels Limited and IndusInd Bank, reserve the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice.
