• Eligible Spends: Eligible Spends are the monetary amounts (exclusive of taxes, discounts, paid outs, gratuities, delivery charges and services charges) spent by a member at Participating Hotels.
• For existing Club ITC & Club ITC Culinaire members, please note:

1. Membership number and membership tier will remain the same.
2. For Club ITC members - Tier in the new program is the same as the existing tier.
3. For Club ITC Culinaire members – Tier in the new program have been accorded as per their performance between 1^st January 2024 and 31^st December 2024 (Club ITC tier rules will apply). For the members who purchased the Club ITC Culinaire membership on or after 1st Jan’2025, the Club ITC tier have been accorded basis their activities between 1^st January 2025 and 21^st June 2025.
4. The balance Green Points in the member’s account have been migrated to the new program as is.
5. The balance active vouchers in the member’s account have been migrated to the new program as is.
6. The Eligible nights & spends incurred by the members in the current calendar year (1^st January 2025 onwards) have been migrated as is.

Members can request for 24hr check-in/check-out facility 2 days prior to their arrival by contacting the front office of the respective property. The facility is subject to availability and may be requested in connection to their stay. The benefit is limited to 1 room per eligible Member per stay regardless of how many rooms have been reserved. This benefit is not applicable at Welcomhotel, Mementos, Storii and Fortune Hotels.

Any qualifying nights / spends in excess of those required to qualify for a membership status level at the end of the calendar year (December 31st).

If somehow the Club ITC member is made to walk to a nearby hotel, the accommodation will be complimentary for that night, with added compensation through Green Points. The compensation varies by hotel brand and is applicable for Club ITC Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Select members who have made bookings through direct channels (itchotels.com or GCC). This will be in addition to the hotels’ walk policy.
