The Offer shall be applicable at participating hotels only (“Participating Hotels”), as indicated on the ITC Hotels Limited Website and Mobile Application and shall be subject to availability, at the rates as specified by the particular hotel. ITC Hotels Limited reserves the right to change, modify, alter the list of Participating Hotels at its discretion, without notice and assigning any reason thereto.

The applicable Participating Hotel's check-in and check-out time shall be applicable.

Reservations made under this Offer shall include stay for up to two children under 12 years per room. Any person or child above the age of 12 years shall be treated as an adult and considered as an extra occupant and charged additionally along with applicable taxes. Kids meal policy is as per charges applicable in the hotel.

Any person making the reservation must be 18 years or older. Guests shall present a valid proof of identity at the time of check-in.

• The rates applicable under this Offer shall be on a per-night basis. 
• This Offer shall not be combined or clubbed with any other offer/promotion/benefit.
• Any extension on the reservation shall be considered on the rate available on the day on which extension request is received and not on the rate at which booking was made, and subject to availability. The rates applicable under the Offer shall be made available of if the reservation is made only during the Offer Period.
• Spa and salon services at applicable Participating Hotels shall be subject to prior appointment and dependent on availability. A 24-hour notice shall be required to reserve the same and shall be subject to availability.
• Hotel services may be subject to curtailment as per local authority directives and applicable law.
• All other terms and conditions of the applicable Participating Hotel shall apply at the time of making the reservation.
• Rates and package inclusions shall be subject to change without notice.
• Force Majeure: ITC Hotels Limited, and its associates, shall not be liable in event of non-performance of the terms of this offer on account of force majeure events including but not limited to war, strike, pandemics, fire, floods, Act of God, insurrections, unforeseen server failures, unauthorized use of the website or virus, sabotage, civil commotion, security/government advisories, computer hacking, etc. ITC Hotels Limited shall inform regarding the invocation of the force majeure event no later than 30 ) business days.
• Jurisdiction and Limitation of Liability[A1] : All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts. Neither party shall be liable for any remote, consequential, or incidental damages. The liability of the Hotel shall be limited to, and not exceed, the sum invoiced.

ITC Hotels Limited reserves the right to amend, modify or change these T&Cs, including but not limited to, extending, withdrawing, limiting or discontinuing the same without any notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
