• The Partners Club is a free of charge recognition program offered by ITC Hotels Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘ITC Hotels’) on an invitation only basis to its affiliated hotel business owners.
• On enrolment, each member shall be provided a membership card with such details as may be deemed fit by ITC Hotels.
• A Partners Club Card may be used only by the member in whose name the card is issued and is not transferable.
• If the Partners Club Card is lost, damaged or stolen, the member must inform ITC Hotels by writing to customer.service@itchotels.in
• The discounts in the program are valid on eligible services only including accommodation, food & beverage spends, spa & salon spends (not applicable on banquet spends, gratuities, taxes, paid outs and travel house charges).
• The upgrade benefit is subject to availability, at check-in.
• A maximum of three rooms up to five nights can be booked for one stay, irrespective of the number of Partners Club members (of the same hotel) staying during the visit. There are limited number of rooms allocated towards this program and room reservation is subject to availability and prior reservation and cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion or benefits. Blackout dates apply.
• To be eligible to claim the benefits, the Partners Club cardholder's room and two additional rooms must be within the same participating hotel. The Partners Club cardholder must occupy at least one of the rooms and pay the entire amount for all applicable rooms (including other services of Food & Beverage, Laundry, Business Centre, Telecommunications etc.)
• For program benefits to apply, bookings need to be made only through the ITC Hotels Guest Contact Center by citing mention of the Partners Club.
• The membership privileges shall be applicable till the Partners Club member is affiliated with ITC Hotels.
• All decisions by ITC Hotels in respect of this program or any element thereof including change and termination of membership is at discretion of ITC Hotels, closure or earlier withdrawal of program, etc shall be final and binding on a member or prospective member.
• The benefits of the Partners Club program will be applicable to the participating hotels only, which are subject to change. Please check with the hotel at the time of making your reservation.
• Any and all disputes arising out of this program and its terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
• The Food & Beverage benefit cannot be availed in Dum Pukht, Bukhara and Avartana at ITC Maurya, Avartana at ITC Grand Chola, ITC Royal Bengal, ITC Maratha and at all Fabelle outlets.
• The Food & Beverage benefits will not be valid on special events/festive dates. Partners Club card holder needs to check with the hotel at the time of making table reservation.
