Extra Bed / Child policy
Hotel's standard extra bed /child policy will be applicable. Retentions would be charged as per the hotel policy. All extra services & amenities not part of this offer would be on an additional charge.
Important Documents
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check in.

- Guest may request for upgrade of room if the reservation has been made on direct channels i.e. Fortune Park Hotels Ltd website, ITC Hotels website & Guest Contact Centre and is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- The rates are commissionable to Travel Agents at 10%.
- Hotels will be operational as per administrative and government guidelines. Some hotel services may be curtailed as per local authority directives.

- In case of any conflict regarding the terms and conditions or the offer, the decision of Fortune Park Hotels Ltd shall be binding on the customer.
- Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions and this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
