Mr. Tablesh Pandey (60) was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 14th December, 2024.

Mr. Pandey is a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering and an Associate Member of the Institute of Actuaries of India with over 36 years of experience. He is currently the Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). He embarked on his illustrious career with LIC as a Direct Recruit Officer in 1988. Over the years he has gained extensive experience across various zones, including the North Central Zone, East Central Zone, and South Zone.

He has held several key positions, notably as Regional Manager (IT) in the Central, East Central, and South Zones. In May 2015, Mr. Pandey joined the Central Office in Mumbai, serving initially as Secretary (Actuarial) and subsequently as Secretary (P&GS). He has also held positions of Zonal Manager (Ordinary Scale), Chief (Actuarial), Chief (P&GS), Zonal Manager (Selection Scale), Executive Director (Investment-Mid Office) and Executive Director (ERM).
