AT OUR HOTELS
Earnings: You will continue to earn points for your stays and other transactions during this period. However, the crediting of these points will be actualized within 2 weeks of completion of the transition period.
Redemption: Points and vouchers cannot be redeemed during the transition period.
ABOUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Your Club ITC membership, balance Green Points, and active vouchers will all be available once the transition is complete. Members will also receive a communication notifying them of the same.
