Members holding Gold or higher tier status with any hotel or airline loyalty program can now enjoy direct access to Club ITC Gold tier membership.

To apply for an upgrade to the Club ITC Gold tier, simply email us at clubitc.care@itchotels.com with the following details:

STEP I - Use this subject line in your email : "Upgrade to Club ITC Gold"
STEP II - Provide your Full Name, Email ID & Mobile Number.
STEP III - Provide your Club ITC Membership Number. Not a Club ITC member yet? Enrol here
STEP IV - Share your Airline / Hospitality Loyalty Membership ID. Please attach a photo or scanned copy of your loyalty card.

Once we receive your details, our team will verify the information and your Club ITC Gold tier will be activated within 7 working days. We look forward to welcoming you to the Club ITC Gold experience!

This offer is valid for both new and existing Club ITC members. If you’re not a Club ITC member, you can Enrol Now or by downloading the ITC Hotels mobile App.
To claim your Club ITC Gold tier, you’ll need to have the Gold or higher tier membership status with any Airline or Hotel loyalty program valid till at least 31^st March 2026
To avail this offer, members need to enrol into Club itc program via Enrol now and follow the steps as listed above. The image uploaded should have full name, status level and expiry date of the membership..
Upon receipt of your details, we shall verify and evaluate the documents and for all eligible cases your Club ITC Gold Tier membership shall be issued within 7 working days from the date of request received.
In order to process your request, members will need to ensure that the Club ITC Membership number and Member Name provided is correct.
Please ensure the name on the documents shared should match with the name available in your Club ITC profile.
Club ITC Gold tier status under this promotion is valid till 30^th June 2026. Members need to do minimum 5 eligible nights before 30^th June 2026 to maintain their Gold status for another 6 months (valid till 31^st Decemeber 2026)
Members who failed to achieve the above criteria of 5 eligible nights on or before 30^th June 2026, will be downgraded to the Club ITC Silver Tier which will be valid till 31^st December 2026
This offer cannot be transferred to another person.
ITC Hotels Limited has the right to withdraw this offer at any time and hold the right to issue Club ITC Gold tier membership post validation.
