Hotel's standard extra bed /child policy will be applicable. Retentions would be charged as per the hotel policy. All extra services & amenities not part of this offer would be on an additional charge.

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check in.

• Blackout dates apply.
• Guest may request for upgrade of room if the reservation has been made on direct channels i.e. Fortune Park Hotels Ltd website, ITC Hotels website & Guest Contact Centre and is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
• The rates are commissionable to Travel Agents at 10%.
• Hotels will be operational as per administrative and government guidelines. Some hotel services may be curtailed as per local authority directives.
• Offer is available only on best available rate.
• In case of any conflict regarding the terms and conditions or the offer, the decision of Fortune Park Hotels Ltd shall be binding on the customer.
• Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions and this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

Fortune Park Hotels Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of this offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without any notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability. Please note that taxes may change as per the notified rules by the state / central government and will be payable by the guest at the time of check-out.
