• Club ITC Members may redeem their Green Points on www.itchotels.com for Club ITC Reward Nights at ITC Hotels, Mementos, select Welcomhotels, Storii and Fortune Hotels.
• The Member can avail the Club ITC Reward Nights through Green Points. Club ITC Reward Nights are exclusively available for Club ITC members & for bookings made on www.itchotels.com. For complete details of the Club ITC programme kindly visit www.itchotels.com
• The Club ITC Reward night stay includes accommodation for 2 adults excluding taxes (to be settled directly at the hotel). Any other add-ons or hotel services availed by the member has to be settled directly at the time of check-out.
• The Club ITC Reward Nights can be reserved/availed by the Club ITC member only for their own stays.
• A limited number of rooms may be allocated for Club ITC Reward Nights, and availability may vary by Hotel and Resort.
• The Club ITC member will not earn Green points on booking Club ITC Reward Night through Green Points. The member will continue to receive all in-hotel benefits applicable to their membership tier on their Club ITC Reward Night stays.
• Rate inclusions:  Club ITC Reward Night Rates are inclusive of stay for 2 adults and the amenities / facilities as per service design of the room category booked (excluding taxes, to be settled directly at the hotel). All extra services and amenities not part of this offer will be on an additional charge. 
• Deposit Policy: Club ITC Reward Night is a fully prepaid i.e. 100% amount would be taken as deposit at the time of making a booking online (excluding taxes, to be settled directly at the hotel).
• Modification of booking: Club ITC Reward Night is amendable for personal details only. Stay details (check-in and check-out date, rate plan etc.) cannot be amended. For amendment in stay dates or Add-ons (if any), kindly write to: reservations@itchotels.in with your Confirmation number / Reservation Id or call 1800 102 2333 (valid only for members calling-in from India) / +91 +91 124 4816900 (applicable for members calling in from outside India)
• Cancellation Policy:  No retention would be charged if cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the complete deposit amount / Green Points will be retained by the hotel.
• Applicable Taxes: The rates are exclusive of applicable room taxes (to be settled directly at the hotel). For any other add-ons, services, not part of this offer, taxes need to settled at the time of check-out.
• Club ITC Reward Nights do not include charges for any hotel services, paid-outs, gratuities and incidentals if any. For any such services or amenities, the member will be charged on actuals plus any applicable taxes at the time of checkout.
• If a participating Hotel exits the Club ITC Program for any reason after a member makes a Club ITC Reward Night reservation but before the member's stay, ITC will use reasonable efforts to have such former participating hotel honour the reservation or assist in arranging equivalent accommodations nearby; however, ITC cannot guarantee that any Club ITC Green Points, upgrades or any other benefits that a member may earn under the Club ITC Program will be honoured. Should the reservation not be honoured by the former hotel, the redeemed Green Points for Club ITC Reward Nights will be credited back to the members account within 3 weeks.
• The terms and conditions or/and redemption rates for the Club ITC Reward Nights specified may change at the discretion of ITC from time to time. All such changes shall be effective from the date of posting at the website www.itchotels.com and shall be binding on a Club ITC member.
• Club ITC Reward Nights - Not applicable at ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo

Club ITC Reward Nights is an exclusive redemption option for Club ITC members. Club ITC Reward Nights can be booked through Green Points.

Club ITC Reward Nights can be reserved only through the ITC Hotels’ website (www.itchotels.com). Members must log in through their Club ITC credentials to book Club ITC Reward Nights for the desired hotel.

The number of Club ITC Green Points required to avail Club ITC Reward Nights varies across hotels

Club ITC Reward Nights are for member’s stay only and are non-transferable.

There is no restriction on the number of Club ITC Reward Nights that can be booked as long as the member has sufficient Green Point balance and availability of the base category rooms allocated for Club ITC Reward Nights.

A 100% deposit policy applies for Club ITC Reward Nights across all participating hotels i.e. 100% of the amount would be taken as deposit at the time of booking (excluding applicable taxes)

No retention would be charged if cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the complete deposit amount / Green Points will be retained by the hotel.
